This course is designed for advanced Jira users/administrators with Jira Administrator permission (not Jira System Administrator).

Prior knowledge

Experience of Jira is required as well as membership in the jira-administrators group (or equivalent) in your environment. You may benefit from taking the training Jira & Jira Agile Advanced prior to taking this class.

This training is designed for Jira Administrators and will guide you through the administration concepts of Jira and coach you in how to become a more efficient Jira Administrator. You will learn all the necessary things that a Jira Administrator needs to run a healthy Jira configuration
