Riada opens its first office outside of Sweden as we expand into Canada. The office in Montreal will be focused on product development and support for the Insight platform.
Head of the Montreal office is Jean Christophe Huet (JC) who previously been with Pyxis, Atlassian, Kitologic and Tempo. JC was the creator of GreenHopper (acquired by Atlassian in 2009) which later became Jira Software. He also developed FOLIO (acquired by Tempo in 2014) which later became Tempo Budgets.
“Starting up the Riada business in Montreal is super exciting. I know the founders well and I have always been very impressed by the extreme power that comes with the Insight platform. The opportunities that lays before us are huge and I’m looking forward to develop awesome things together with the Swedish team” - says JC
“The growth of the Insight platform as a CMBD within Jira and the stellar customer growth requires us to evolve as a company and we've now taken the decision to go international. This is an important step in our journey and we will continue to expand into new regions as we’re looking for highly skilled team members as well as local support capabilities in all time zones. We’re very happy to have JC onboard as head the Riada team in Montreal.” – says Tommy Nordahl, Head of Field Operations
